Here’s How It Works

During the first step of the Skin Classic treatment, Dr. Prysi will give your skin a mild microdermabrasion skin resurfacing treatment to rejuvenate the skin. It will remove visible blemishes caused by acne, lighten scars and stretch marks, which will lessen wrinkles and fine lines for aging skin. This exfoliation causes a thin layer of the outer skin to slough off and be vacuumed away, making it easier for Dr. Prysi to administer the Skin Classic treatment.

Then, he applies a small probe, barely touching the skin, vaporizing and drying the affected area and creating very small crusts that heal and flake off in 3 to 15 days.

On a scale of 1 to 10, most patients report the sensation as a “3”—a slight stinging that stops as soon as the probe is lifted.
